Digital processes that fit together.
With mid-sized companies, we start by looking at the process that is creating unnecessary work today. The right solution follows from there. Often it is enough to connect existing systems or automate individual steps. Sometimes a dedicated web application makes more sense, and frequently the two go hand in hand.
Connecting systems
Existing systems working together instead of side by side.
Orders from the online shop are retyped into the ERP, contact details are kept separately in the CRM and documents are scattered across several places. Once these systems are connected, information reaches the people who need it without the detour.
- Information is entered once instead of several times
- Data and status are available where your team needs them
- Existing systems can often stay in use
Whether two systems can be connected directly depends on what they offer technically. We check this before anything is built.

Automating processes
Recurring steps run on their own.
Not every step is worth automating. Many recurring tasks are, and that is the best place to start.
Checking details
A new request or order is checked for missing information before anyone starts working on it.
Passing data on
An approved order goes straight into the ERP without anyone retyping it.
Informing the right people
When a delivery date changes, the person responsible hears about it rather than noticing by chance.
Updating the status
Once a step is done, the status changes, so fewer people need to ask how things are going.
What you do less of: retyping, chasing updates, maintaining lists by hand and passing the same information on again and again.

Custom web applications
When standard software doesn’t match the way you work.
Approvals go back and forth by email, the status of an order lives in a spreadsheet, and a single task means switching between several programs. In situations like these, a focused web application can help. It supports exactly that process and works alongside your existing systems rather than replacing them.
If standard software already handles the process well, it is the better choice. A custom web application only makes sense where existing tools fall short for the specific process.
Typical examples
- Bringing approvals that currently bounce around by email together in one place
- Giving customers a clear view of their order status and related documents
- Showing your team which tasks are open and what comes next
