How we work

Start small and solve the most important process first.

It does not begin with a big project, but with one concrete bottleneck in your day-to-day work. The introductory call is free. Where it makes sense, we take a closer look at the process in the Andelo Digital Check, and things only move forward if a worthwhile next step is clear.

Andelo connects your systems, automates recurring work and builds web applications that fit, so your team spends less time copying data, chasing updates and searching for information.

Getting started

You don’t need to bring a finished solution.

A short description is enough to get started, for example along these questions:

At Andelo, you speak directly with Andreas Scheibel. About Andelo

  • Where does unnecessary manual work happen today?
  • Which systems are involved?
  • Where is the same data entered more than once?
  • Where do questions come up or responsibilities get unclear?

How it works

Four steps, and after each one you decide again.

  1. 01

    Introductory call

    Free and without obligation

We talk about the specific bottleneck and get a rough picture of the systems involved. Afterwards it is clear whether Andelo can help in principle. It is not yet a detailed analysis.

  2. 02

    Andelo Digital Check

    Paid

One specific process is looked at in more detail, together with the systems involved. Technical feasibility is checked roughly, effort and benefit are weighed up, and a sensible first project is identified.

  3. 03

    Implementation

    Optional

A clearly scoped first solution is built and tested together with the people who will work with it. There is no need for a big project.

  4. 04

    Further development

    Optional

Only if there is further need: the agreed solution is improved and new requirements are prioritised together.

Andelo Digital Check

One specific process. A clear next step.

In the Digital Check, we work out where a start is really worthwhile, which systems are affected and what a sensible first step would be. It is a service in its own right with a fixed price, independent of any later implementation.

What you know afterwards

  • Which area should be improved first
  • Which solution makes sense in principle
  • Which systems are affected
  • What scope is realistic
  • Which first project could come out of it

Included

  • Understanding the specific process
  • Mapping the systems involved
  • A rough check of technical feasibility
  • Weighing up effort and benefit
  • Identifying a sensible first step

Not included

  • No full audit
  • No full specification
  • No analysis of the whole company
  • No implementation

Kickoff of roughly one to two hours

Buy the Digital Check

After the Digital Check, there is no obligation to commission an implementation project from Andelo.

After the first project

After the first project, you decide how things continue.

Working together can end with the first project. If you wish, Andelo continues to look after the solution and improve it.

  • The solution is maintained and adjusted when needed
  • New requirements are prioritised together
  • Responsibility covers the agreed area

What Andelo is responsible for is agreed together in advance. It does not include general IT support.

For systems from other providers, Andelo can handle the technical coordination. The provider remains responsible for running them and keeping them available.

In practice: at INK, the technical work continues on an ongoing basis and the automations are adapted to new requirements. View reference
